This promotion commences on 22 May 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026, or once 50 qualifying orders have been received, whichever comes first. The promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion period beyond 30 June 2026 if 50 qualifying orders have not been received by that date, with any extension announced via @driftwoodau on Instagram.
This promotion is open to all customers who place a qualifying order during the promotion period. Employees of Driftwood Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Purchase any item from the Comfort Hoodie Collection at driftwoodcoau.com at the normal retail price between 22 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, or until 50 qualifying orders have been received, whichever comes first. No additional charge is applied to enter. Each qualifying order receives one entry into the draw. A maximum of one entry per order applies regardless of the number of items purchased.
One winner will receive a full refund equal to the total value of their qualifying order, up to a maximum of $149.00 AUD. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available.
The winner will be selected by a computerised random number generator (random.org) once either 50 qualifying orders have been received or the promotion closes on 30 June 2026, whichever comes first. The draw will be conducted by the promoter or an authorised representative. The draw process will be screen recorded to ensure transparency, and this recording will be published on the Driftwood Co. Instagram account at @driftwoodau.
The winner will be announced publicly on the Driftwood Co. Instagram account @driftwoodau. The winner will also be contacted directly via the email address provided at the time of their order within 5 business days of the draw. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond to the notification within 14 days of being contacted.
If the selected winner does not respond to notification within 14 days, or is unable to be contacted, a redraw will be conducted using the same random method. This process will be repeated until a winner is confirmed and able to claim their prize.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days of the winner confirming their details with the promoter. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No part of this promotion involves prizes that are illegal to offer or sell in South Australia, including but not limited to tobacco products, firearms, or ammunition.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time if circumstances outside its control arise, including but not limited to technical failures or unforeseen events. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the promotion will result in disqualification. By placing a qualifying order during the promotion period, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their first name and Instagram handle (if tagged) for the purposes of winner announcement.
This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. It is classified as a Minor Trade Promotion Lottery and does not require a Consumer and Business Services licence as the total prize pool does not exceed $5,000 AUD.
